Don’t Have A Dress is a Retail strategy, with In-Store and VM Digitilasation, designed for BIFFI Banner, using BIFFI’s verbal & non verbal codes and the brand values as the core for creating corelated retail experiences and impactful and strategically planned window displays, supported with Biffi Membership, 6 new in-store services, digitalisation in visual merchandising & retail and an artistic and pioneering concept to create retail experiences, starting from the window displays, seemlessly moving in store. Initial approach for the project contained two main goals, which were creating a community who carries BIFFI’s values as a brand, and increasing the retail loyalty. 2 Digital Screens have been placed In-Store which showcases the hidden online stock in retail, while 3 more screens have been added to window displays as in order to solve the primary Visual Merchandising problem of fast changing window displays, as the brand has expressed initially. Using verbal and non-verbal codes of BIFFI as the main elements, the essance of caring Italian Shopping Experience with guaranteed results through knowledge and pioneership, the sensual concept of ‘feeling your garments and materials before eye sight’ have been implied both in store and on visual merchandising. A dark room with online, new collection and personalised (through the membership) racks has been created, and the experience being recorded through infrared thermographic cameras and displayed on upper window displays. Meanwhile the artistic and milanese vision of BIFFI guided the concept on the down 3 window displays towards minimal half-in-block sculptures, with digital screens placed where they interact with the products, displaying heat, or in other words the passion and excitement. With the flow of the street and initial impact on the client in mind, Don’t Have A Dress creates a comple and coherent experience, permanent solutions and a strategic Visual Merchandising design. The project is created to adapt, develop and boost all the online and offline assets of BIFFI while creating a seamlessly phygital VM to In-Store experience, and has been developed in the light of extensive research on Retail Digitilasation and Current Trends. Fidenza Village is a shopping space, an hour away from Milan, in the heart of Emilia-Romagna region, and an home to more than 120 boutiques of world-leading brands that are on sale, as for their marketing strategy, all year round. A Stitch in Italy is a Fashion Design competition, with 10 episodes, shot in a nearby warehouse in Fidenza, using Fidenza Village as the location for weekly Fashion Shows. Chiara Ferragni hosts 10 designers who face challenges and assignments that will test their fashion design skills and their abilities to run all aspects of a business. The main goal stands as bringing the customer into the Village for the retail experience. The concept is created to adapt, develop and boost all the online and offline assets of Fidenza Village while integrating each communication channel together and has been developed in the light of extensive research on Gen Z and Current Trends.
